Brandon Morris, Division Chief of Logistics
Brandon Morris is the Division Chief of Logistics for the Cape Coral Fire Department. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, he spent much of his childhood in East Tennessee in the plateau of the Cumberland Mountains. Drawn by Florida’s climate, weather, sugarcane, and agriculture, Chief Morris moved to Clewiston in 2000. He began his fire service career as a volunteer firefighter with Glades County Fire Department in 2003. In 2005, he joined the Immokalee Fire Department while continuing his education at Edison Community College.

Chief Morris was hired by the Cape Coral Fire Department in 2007 and promoted to Fire Division Chief of Logistics in December 2025. Over the years, he has served in the positions of Firefighter, Engineer/Driver, Lieutenant, and Battalion Chief. He is credentialed as a Paramedic III, an AHA BLS and ACLS Instructor, and holds Florida certifications as a Fire Instructor and Fire Officer. Chief Morris has also served on the Marine, Hazardous Materials, and Special Operations Teams and represented his peers as a member of Local 2424.

Chief Morris has an Associate Degree in Fire Science Technology from Edison College and a Bachelor of Science in Fire Administration from Columbia Southern University.

The Division Chief of Logistics supervises nine civilian support personnel who fill the logistical needs of almost 300 personnel, 13 fire stations, and over 60 vehicles that provide service to 140 square miles and a population of 200,000.
